H was founded by ash lew - psychedelic practitioner, intuitive bodyworker, and holistic health educator - whose path into this work began through her own profound healing journey. after moving through seasons of pain, addiction, and transformation, ash devoted herself to practices that restored her relationship with body, spirit, and life itself.

through years of inner work, mentorship, and intentional engagement with expanded states of consciousness, she discovered a simple truth, healing is less about fixing ourselves and more about remembering our wholeness.

H was born from this understanding and from a longing to create the kind of space ash once searched for along her own path. a place where people can gather in authenticity, explore meaningful healing practices, and experience the power of genuine community.

qualified applicants can apply for financial assistance to help cover the costs of holistic healing treatments, workshops, training programs, and more. we assess applications on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that support is tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
